I sequel si svolgono in un universo in cui esistono gli eventi del primo film. Ma ci sono sequel che si svolgono in un universo in cui esiste il primo film .. come film? Sì, fondamentalmente, questo è il nostro universo. Mi viene in mente un film che cattura più o meno questa idea: Being John Malkovich, in cui Malkovich esiste sia come personaggio che come attore stesso. Non sto cercando documentari o biopic su un regista.

Un film recente che mi viene in mente è Insidious. In Insidious 2, le scene che accadono in Insidious 1 vengono riprodotte con il contesto e la spiegazione da cui vengono svelati in Insidious 2.

To take this further, you could reason that he didn't ask for any examples at all, and therefore "Yes." is a sufficient answer. In its current state the question will encourage people to just post more and more examples, because the spirit of the question appears to be "What examples are there?" Especially with the last sentence being `I'm not looking for documentaries or biopic about a filmmaker.` I think rewording could save the question, but I am not sure yet how that edit would look like.

I think it's an interesting question (if it can be salvaged), and I already gave him/her all of this advice an hour ago below my answer, even suggesting the tour (which as the lack of badge shows, was not taken).
Sfortunatamente (;) film e programmi TV non devono essere coerenti, quindi questo accade spesso. Ad esempio, la situazione in cui due spettacoli avranno un incrocio quando in precedenza un personaggio di uno spettacolo menzionava di guardare l'altro spettacolo in TV (rendendolo fittizio in quell'universo).

It is surely a rare enough occurrence that we shouldn't worry about lists. And it seems to me to be an interesting question worth not deleting because of the list rule. I don't think it will generate large numbers of bad list answers.
